What are the payment options available  ?

The payments permitted at LuxEQ are the use of the PayPal platform or the use of your credit card.

What is your return policy  ?

Changed your mind about the item you purchased? It is possible to obtain a refund, an exchange or a credit note.

​ We offer a 30 day policy to return your items, here are the conditions for us to accept the return of the item;  

  • Not having used the item;

  • Not having washed the article;

  • Have the item's original packaging;

  • Have the labels;

  • Have all parts of the article ex: Have all parts of a bridle;

  • Have your invoice for the item purchased from LuxEQ;

Here are some products that we will not be able to refund you:

  • Items that have been specially ordered for you;

  • Items already on clearance or final sale;

  • Gift cards

In the event of a defect in the item, the supplier's warranty will apply.

How to proceed for an exchange or return of an item?

Before you even return the item to us, you must have obtained our approval for this exchange or return.

  • You can send us the article by post, you will have to pay the shipping costs, unless otherwise agreed with the LuxEQ team.  

  • You can go to our deposit address in Quebec.

The refund or the sending of the article in exchange will be made after the reception of the article which you return to us. You will receive a message confirming receipt of the item and further instructions regarding your request.

Do you offer gift cards  ?

Yes, it is possible to get a gift card in the accessory section or at the bottom of the homepage.

There is no deadline for redeeming a gift card. This is valid at all times on our entire product line up to the amount of your card.
